My XXImo Mobility Card is lost / stolen. What do I have to do?

Have you lost your XXImo Mobility Card or has it been stolen? If so, please report this to the police and the XXImo service desk straight away. The XXImo Mobility Card will then be blocked immediately. It is also possible to report loss of your card online. To this end, please log into ‘My XXImo’ and click on ‘lost’ next to your details and your card will be blocked immediately. The ‘Lost and Stolen’ department can be contacted 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

After this, a new XXImo Mobility Card will be produced immediately. After setting the PIN code, the card will be sent to you within 8 working days.
