I can’t log into the app any more. My account is blocked.
If you have enter an incorrect password too many times, your account will be blocked. You will need to create a new password to unblock it. To this end, please go to www.xximo.nl and fill in your email address and username. Next, click on ‘forgotten password’’. Fill in your email address once again and click on send. You will now receive an email containing a link to create a new password. Once you have done so, you will be able to use your email address and newly created password to log into both the website and the app again.
