How can I register my kilometre count?

If no mileage is requested at the payment terminal by the pump, a text message will be sent to your smartphone. You can provide your mileage by replying to this text message. The cardholders will receive a text message in the following situations:

  1. When a refuelling transaction is unsuccessful as the filling station used is not part of the XXImo network or doesn’t fall under the cardholder’s authorisation.
  2. To request the mileage after a successful refuelling transaction has taken place but the mileage wasn’t requested by the payment terminal.
